Refunds depend on the relationship: guest parking fees, or an operator subscription to Raken systems.
Parking prices are set by the site operator. If a service fee or tip was paid in error or the service was not delivered, the order is reviewed through support and a refund is processed according to the order status, the site policy, and Saudi payments rules.
Subscription value, term, cancellation, and refund terms are set in the subscription agreement with the requesting company. Prices are not changed silently after contracting.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel where possible. Timing follows the bank or card-network cycle.
